The Challenge
Professional Organizers in Canada (POC) is the national association that represents professional organizers across the country. They currently represent over 600 members in more than 14 chapters across Canada. POC approached us to re-develop their social media strategy to better reflect their organizational goals and reach their target audience. It was important for them to work with a company that could curate creative content, as well as one who truly understood social media analytics. It was also vital their social media content was visually appealing to maximize engagement and interest in POC.
The Results
We re-developed their social media strategy to pinpoint their ideal target audience and focus on the channels their audience actively engaged with – Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest. We developed a robust content schedule, an Influencer Program and Sponsored Campaigns to curate valuable content for their members. We also manage their social channels – writing, designing and posting daily – and report on engagement monthly. Engagement and interest in POC has increased consistently under our management, highlighted by a 16,600% increase in reach for Pinterest.
